RSI Group will serve as the “eyes” for you during the various stages of the design phase - from Schematic Design (SDs), to Design Documents (DDs) to Construction Documents (CDs). During all phases, RSI Group will review the designs to ensure they not only meet your aesthetic desires, but to verify that the design meets the project budget and is favorable to the operations of the project. By understanding both the operational and construction aspects of the project, we are able to identify any potential issues upfront to avoid re-design, which causes delays and additional costs. We work hand-in-hand with the architect, engineers and other consultants to ensure that the design is both functional and cost effective.

Once construction documents are prepared, we conduct a review of the plans to verify that all necessary construction details are included. This will limit the number of change orders issued by the contractor after construction begins.
